How long should I expect to wait for a response from Amazon Games support after submitting my ticket thru there site online. I’ve only had to contact them once since playing, and was a live chat option then. It’s been nearly over a week now since attempting to contact them, and would really like some help/answer from you guys.
Normally you should receive an update within 3 days of the original contact, check if the update from the agent may have gone to the spam folder or deleted, if you didn’t receive an update you can always check back with us trough here:
They will just throw your ticket deep into the ocean until you forget about it. You can ask for an update every 3 days and they will reply to you with the same automated bot message saying that they will do a follow-up, until you eventually give up. So don’t bother friend, I just saved you a whole lot of time.
Source: Myself, and dozens of my friends who have submitted tickets to Amazon support in the past. They honestly just don’t care so don’t bother waiting. It’s by far the worst support I’ve experienced in my 15 years of playing games/MMOs.
Appreciate it man, I figured as such. Asked around in area chat earlier today and was given practically the same answer as you just mentioned. Then after just reading the message for that CM, it’s been quadruple the “three days” that was said. I’ve checked my spam folder, etc.
Sucks it has to be this way though… Blizzard not lookin’ half bad after all.
I’m sorry to read that you haven’t received an answer after creating your web ticket, as @Fostus mentioned, you can try creating another web ticket to ask for an update on your issue.
If you want to, you may also share your issue here in the forums so we can look into it, if you wish to do so, please provide us with the name and server of your character and a detailed description of the situation you’re facing.

No need to apologize though, it’s not necessarily your fault in any way for not getting a response. If I had to guess, they more than likely are just overloaded with various issues/other tickets.
I don’t mind sharing at all, and if there is anything that you are able to do about it, that’d be wonderful. If not, it’s not the end of the world. Anyways… TLDR; last week I ran Vykas on my Striker (Jauzi - US East - Azena). I had been grinding way too hard lately, but was trying to push into hardmode as quickly as possible to start working towards my relic set, and have the character all up and ready to go for when Clown is released. For some reason after we killed the last gate, the “bonus loot” option was completely grey, and I unfortunately wasn’t able to get those two extra Vykas Wings towards the Relic Set. I’m exactly 2 wings short from completing my set now, and honestly pretty frustrated over it.
I wish I would’ve taken a screenshot, but unfortunately didn’t cross my mind at the time. If more information is needed, I should be available majority of the day. If it helps at all, the run was roughly 9-11pm or so on Thursday last week (9/08).

Unfortunately it won’t be possible to provide you with the extra materials for your Relic Set, however you mentioned that the option for the bonus loot was grayed out, did you have enough gold available when you completed the gate?
If you did, please try verifying the integrity of the game files before trying Vykas again, when you try the gate again make sure to take screenshots if this happens again so we can investigate further.
Oh jeez, alright. Well this has been a complete waste of time, figured as such with how things have been going with this community. Thanks for the reply I guess, better than being ignored by Amazon Support.
To answer your question though, considering Gate 3 on Hard rewards you with 2500g and the bonus loot box costs 1200g, obviously I had enough gold. I wouldn’t be making a ticket if it was on my end and not being able to afford the box. Got cheated out of my 6pc because YOUR system failed, not me.
