Amazon support's response to missing Crys. Aura

So… this is like my 10th time of aura disappearing so I decided to open a support ticket since… well we paid for this stuff… The response is truly “funny”.

Don’t forget they have acknowledged this issue 5 days ago and promised they will fix it asap…

Why does it take upwards of two weeks and we are not updated on the matter?

I have also asked why this wasn’t publicly announced with perhaps a compensation plan but was told that they “appreciate the valuable feedback” basically saying… well you know what :))

they need 4 days to fix that? Holy hell… time to hire some new people…

No, they need 9+, this issue has been reported and acknowledged by a mod 5 days ago in here.

I dont see the issue here unless everyone in this thread is somehow a coding expert which i highly doubt.

Theyre acknowledging a problem and actually put out a deadline for fixing it which is honestly pretty rare in the industry.

Plus for me atleast everytime my aura dissappeared which happened like twice since launch it has come back within the hour anyway.

They will publicly announce something when they have a more perminant fix and will most likely also announce some compensation with that announcement like how it usually is.
I really dont see the issue here…

yup, that is how i would explain lost ark under ags to someone asking me if he should play this game.
