of cource they will. its cheaper to buy reviews then make a good game. same was with lotr tv show.
If this is rearding the recent influx of positive reviews, its because there is a quest on steam for people to review a game they play. It was already explained in a similar post.
am 0h played with positive review doesnt look like a player that nominated game. it more looks like a bot.
