I have done a lot of MMO launches, I get it that it’s a hassle and that a lot of things can go wrong, but the sheer amount of incompetence and not giving a fuck you display is just staggering and infuriating.
It’s been a week since it’s impossible to matchmake while being premade EVERY SINGLE DAY, and every day the problems start earlier. The game is unplayable, it’s laggy, I can’t play with my friends, and worst of all, you opened EU West servers days after launch, stranding players in your shitty EU Central region that is getting nuclear. And what do we get for all of that ? Fuck all. You don’t give a rat fuck about your customers as long as they burn money in your shop, which was the first thing you idiots fixed, of course.
Why don’t you give people a free, one time transfer ? Why don’t you give people the opportunity to use the power boost on another server or region to at least mitigate the damage of your incompetence ?
But no, you don’t give a rat fuck about EU, meanwhile Galadur gets a free founder pack, yet you shit in EU player’s throat day and night.
