As everyone here from EU, i started playing on EU-Central. After a few nice days, the horror with 20k+ que timers started and i moved on EU-West.
When i moved there, i realised the mistake i have done:
I bought the Vanquisher Pack on EU-Central, thinking that is 1 pack/server. But actually is 1 pack/ account. I wanted to buy it on EU-West, but I can’t.
I am afraid to buy the mount and pet from auction house due to a lot of ban complains where genuine players where banned because the seller refunded the packs. From what i saw there are a lot of players with banned accounts waiting for appeal and can’t play.
I made a 2 tickets asking either to transfer the pack from Central to West or allow me buy another and even today, after almost 1 month, both tickets are unanswered.
I like to collect “things” and due to AGS incompetence now i lost forever the chance to own the mount and pet.
P.S. : yes, once you bought the Vanquisher pack, you can’t buy the “Starter Pack” (the cheaper version that has only the mount and pet, without diamonds). It is counted as bought.
P.S. 2. : no, I won’t go back on Central. Even now there are still ques (shorter, it’s true, but they are) and beside that i already invested 250+ h in West. I don’t want to repeat 200h of stories and quests again.
