Amazon/Smilegate - be vocal

Like many others I claimed express on high ilvl char due to shiny box with T3 goodies with no mention of lower tier materials.
However, the intention of this post is not to complain about issue many experienced with the express mission, but to hear from staff do they plan to do anything about it.

If it can not be reverted that is perfectly fine, but then let us know instead of being silent about it.

Personally, I stopped progression on T2 character due to this - not sure should I empty the Mari shop, do I buy leapstones from AH, which tier mats should I focus on from pass reward chests… or will we get stuff “back”. It is hard whatever right, but knowing what staff is doing would change our gaming experience.
