Someone else posted this, then deleted the topic. Cannot post in Support or Bugs section of forums. Support linked me to Twitch Drop disappeared - #31 by aePixie but that is a 20+ day post discussing Twitch Drops, not Prime Gaming Loot.
I received the pet chest and the 5 day crystalline aura from the Loot, and in the product inventory there was the Amethyst Shard Pack but after claiming it is not in my bag.
Anyone else have a similar issue? After support copy/pasted the 2nd to last message from aePixie, then linked that thread above, their answers were basically blowing me off.
It goes direct into the shard count, no item in bag.
Did you claim it and it went directly into the shard count for you? It didn’t look like the “limited claim” for the previous shards I’ve gotten for the achievements in the past, it was a chest in the Product Inventory.
Yes, it gave me 500shards. Ticked all 3 and got the other two as items in inv and the shards straight to currency bag.
Ok, thank you for the replies. I didn’t see anything because I claimed it when I had the shop open to purchase a character expansion slot, and it automatically logged me to the character select screen when I was sailing.
I figured if it was a chest in the Product Inventory it would be a chest in my bag.
