Hi so i was checking my amethyst shards and saw that i had less then before. i then checked the exchange vendor and saw that i had purchased an item that i dont remember buying or even wanting and did not receive the item. would love some help looking into this i was saving for the mount

I’m sorry to hear about this unwanted purchase and that you are missing the item and the amethysts, I understand they were save for a different goal.
Process to contact AGS customer support to request help with miss item, we are no able to recover currency of any kind after a purchase. I do apologize for this inconvenience.

figured out that i didnt buy anything that item is just unavailable to be purchased so im just missing my currency sadly
