I am having a massive wait time for Chaos Dungeon and I am guessing it has something to do with all these bunnies. Heroes can’t save the day on a fine Saturday in Arkesia with all these bunnies hogging the server.
Idea
How about adding a 2FA using our phone. 1 lost ark (not steam) account has 1 unique phone number. 2FA code is required (maybe?) before initializing the game, also used to validate if the person exists. Phone number is comparatively more difficult to obtain compare to email addresses. There are also ways to validate an actual phone number versus virtual phone numbers.
I am not sure how sensitive phone number is to some players, but I have 2FA setup for most things so it doesn’t seem like a bother to me, especially if it stops the bot problem. If you do decide to do this though, please don’t leak the phone numbers to unwanted 3rd parties.
