Hi! I’m ilvl 1350 rn and I’ve been having this weird bug where the dungeon and NPC on anguished isn’t appearing for me? I did the quest line and was able to do the dungeon because I was in a party but I kept checking multiple times over the past couple of weeks and they’re both still bugged out for me.
