It has been 3 days since due to a server error after Saturday’s maintenance I lost my argos ticket with my glaivier. I tried to contact support but they did not give me any answer, they just told me to comment it on the forum.

I’m sorry to know what happened while you were in the middle of an Argos run.
At this time, we’re not able to re-grant the ability to participate in limited entry activities. You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC.
A compensation was given to the players due to the unexpected maintenance with the following items:
These will be a one time login bonus and will run for 1 week, ending on April 30th at 12am PT / 7am UTC.

Talked to support online chat 3 times now and later posted a forum post ( Argos phase 3 disconnected - Game Support / English Support - Lost Ark Forums (playlostark.com))
No resolution. No ownership, no accountability.
I was disconnected in the same game with Wolfis
Generic response from support saying I would recieve a ticket allowing a new entry (Nevermind the hours lost in raid).
Still nothing, it has been days.
