For the 2nd time this week, I d/ced at the end of our Argos run. I didn’t lose internet. I have no connectivity issues. I logged back in as they killed him and was greeted with this screen and was prohibited from getting any loot. I got 0 loot and couldn’t roll on the chest. This is getting out of hand.
Can anyone help me, please? Last time I received a refresh ticket within 48hrs but if I have to wait that long again, the reset would have happened, making the ticket useless unless I d/c mid-fight again.

I understand how frustrating is to get disconnected in the middle of Argos. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, as you already know, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, I apologize for the inconvenience. It is not about getting our ticket back, is about fixing it. I have been disconnected and thanks god my PUG group waited me, but there’s an actual issue there and you should fix it asap
You’re 100% correct. And this time I didn’t even get a ticket back. The first time was a P2 Argos and I got the ticket back in time before the reset. This time was a P3 Argos and I literally got nothing out of it and no ticket either. They really need to make a system that doesn’t punish ppl for their own bugs.
