I have already claimed the “LoLA Starter Item Set”, “Saphia Pet Chest” and “Arkesia Paper Hat Chest”.
How ever the Paper Hat has never appeared in my in-game “Product Inventory”. This seems to also prevent me from making progress on the “LoLA Helgaia Pet Chest”.
Any help would be appreciated.

When did you start the progress for this drop? I want to know how long has the issue been affecting your drops, also, if you watch a streamer that is offering the T4 does that one has the same issue?

Good, so the issue is just with the T3 drop. Can you tell me when did you start the progress for the T3 drop? I just want to clarify that the only way for you to continue the progress of the T3 drop is by watching streamers that are still offering it, I see that you are watching streamers that offer the T4 drop. All the European streamers are offering the T4 drop since yesterday so that may be affecting as well.

The problem started after I claimed the Paper Hat (tier 2) which never showed up in-game. So for the past 4 days. I’ve watched both NA and EU streamers to no avail.
I’m currently watching Towellie who claims to still be on tier 3 drops and no progress so far.

Ok, on the meantime please contact Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games so they can check your twitch account and if needed escalate the issue, because looking at the progress here Legends of Lost Ark | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG most if not all the teams will be unlocking the T4 drop, and if you already watched the 4 hours of stream for this drop you should get it, so contact them so the issue can be escalated.

I apologize for the inconvenience, how long has it been since you unlocked the drop? Remember that it can take up to 24 hours to show on your account, if it has been more than 24 hours, please log out of your steam account and close the app, then launch again. If after doing this the issue persists, contact our live support for them to escalate the issue.

Watched Asmongold today for 4 hours. He is on T4 Drops at the moment.
But it counted for the Saphia Pet Chest which is T1… and now T2 is not starting, nor is T3 or T4
EDIT: Now I found another channel and the LoLA Neugier Gold Mount - Drop started…
