Hi I watched a twitch stream for the require amount of time to get Saphia Pet Chest I did everything correctly but because of the server resets bugs ect I was unable to collect it in game 
could someone please look into this please

Hello again Im back after hofix/update it seems to have worked items after fixes but sorry to say I still haven’t got the super cool fox pet I won days ago now everything has been sorted at your end is it possible to send me my pink fox pet please
