Hi,
This is probably another post but I just got dc-ed from server towards the end of Valtan G1 run (I know it’s a server dc and not my internet as I was on discord with my team and it was working fine).
The team cleared the contents and by the time I logged back in it shows the cleared screen however I was unable to receive any rewards.
On top of that I am now locked out for G2 as well.
Server: US West - Valtan
Character: Hotspot
Still no re-entry ticket…
Same thing happened to my entire party when NA west was taken offline with 15 minutes notice… we were mid-Valtan fighting and it was an UNSCHEDULED maintenance which occurred only for NA WEST.
Every member of the party has lost their entry ticket now 
Reading online forum posts from moderators, they said that we don’t get it back

I understand how frustrating it is to lose the access from the raid, unfortunately we don’t have a way to grant you the access back manually, we have a system that takes care of these cases, unfortunately I don’t have a way to confirm if the system will provide you a ticket or not, I apologize for the inconvenience.
