Answer Regarding Guardian Raid and Abyss Dungeon Difficulty

I totally agree on nerfing some guardian bosses. Not so sure about Abyss Dungeons. Especially since Guardian bosses in NA/EU have a 50% more HP than their counterparts in KR/RU.

This has already been confirmed to be false stop spreading rumors NA/EU does NOT have 50% more hp than RU/KR

imagine thinking not having the common sense to learn is the majority. Most of the encounters just takes a few attempts to learn it, that’s not hardcore, that’s called learning.

Just because you don’t get to roll over a dungeon on your first try, doesn’t mean the people that do are hardcore nerds.

When you can’t do a thing… you get better at the thing. YOU research the fight, look up the mechanics, how else are you supposed to improve??? DO NOT MAKE THE CONTENT EASIER. Its fun and I enjoy teaching people what to do. People wanting easier content should go back to WOW instead of ruining Lost Ark. When we beat a difficult guardian raid or an abyssal dungeon it feels great and then honestly you realize how simple it really was and its so much easier the next few times around. I literally watch people stand in mechanics and complain about getting one shot. DO NOT NERF OUR GAME.

My god people are crying and puking in tier 1 and 2, the tiers that are getting you ready for the real content @Roxx be ready for the floods of tears that come when people actually reach T3 is all I’m saying.

Oh and on that note please for the love of God don’t ever touch tier 3 tbh it’s insulting to the game and smilegate that the noob tiers are being nurfed because people are to bone idle and lazy to learn what a counter is or how destruction bombs and tripods work.

You just answered yourself. the mats are simply going up and up as new players progress to harder raids with no easy access to obtain hp pots to keep learning like the other versions of the game where they could be sold and bought. And that has made it very frustrating for them from my experience.

Experienced players know the fights making it easier for them and using less pots overall. Not to mention majority of experienced players likely got in early access and know what to do to get gold/crystals at the early stages before it became this overpriced and or bought a bunch of pots off the mari shop before gold prices went from 88 to now 600+ for crystal conversion so they dont even have this issue…yet.

But rest assured that experienced players will eventually struggle with pots too when harder raids come out and the gold prices to crystal get even higher to the point they cant sustain for multiple repeat runs.

I 100% support the Guardian nerf. Guardians are a part of the daily progress content and shouldn’t take forever, like some are. They actually picked the ones that are just annoying and take too long without being really hard. You just get bored after 10 Minutes and lose focus, because you already did one.

I’m not sure about the Abyssal Dungeons, but the experience i had so far is that people are ridiculously stupid when it comes to mechanics and just don’t watch the screen at all. So them nerfing the early Guardians and Abyssal would make sense, to make people more comfortable with playing the content and get prepared step by step and not slapped by the game.

Green HP pots cost literally almost nothing other than silver and flowers. Go gather for 20 - 30 minutes and you can make yourself plenty.

Then if we consider that this content is like a slap to this ppl, t3 and all of the incoming one will be like hitting brick wall head on

See thats the thing you arent trying to understand from a new player perspective. I myself do not have this issue because i got in early and bought most of my hp pots from the mari shop and can do raids just fine.

But I’m basing my arguments from a new player perspective.

You say just go gather for 20-30 mins. But you can only gather so much before your work energy depletes. For a new player getting into the game knowing nothing about the boss mechanics? They learn from zero and as pointed out Green hp pots CANNOT be sold on market like the other versions. This makes the prices for the mats themselves shoot up like they are now 90g+ for a bundle of wild flower that was only 40g?? last week? It’s going UP and UP and is not stopping. This isn’t helping new players as they learn the game…as I said from zero. It can be very frustrating.

Experienced players can just go “just dodge” after they looked up multiple guides and played previous version of the game…like put yourself in a new players shoes and don’t try to stroke your own ego only because you are so good already.

bro if you can’t even dodge without watching guides then you’re not just a new player, you’re a handicapped player.

Aren’t these so called hardcores rushed to t3 already? They’ll probably bring that 50% hp boost to same level with other kr/ru versions. If we are %50 boosted really, didn’t seen anything official about that but ppl say so.
Fights are great and I don’t think they’ll eliminate any mechanics. Probably just reduced hp to reduce fights’ time or few seconds more between abilities? We’ll see at weekly maintenance anyways.
Also hardcore players are always minority in mmos, not casuals or semi-hcs etc.

It’s a resource juggling game. Yes gathering is limited, but I was also told to to prioritize certain gatherables by friends.

Mats themselves cost 18.8 gold if you buy them on the auction house per craft along with 1k silver, and these make 3 potions, this means each potion is 6 gold IF YOU BUY MATERIALS.
(P.S: This is on NA WEST where our market is hyper inflated compared to other regions)

I pretty much started fresh with this game, game just requires you to do research like most MMORPGs out there, I am a new player, and you know what? I went and did research on what to do because I knew as soon as I saw gathering was limited, some crafts would be more valuable than others. If you see anything that depletes and is on a limited use, there will be a priority order on what you want.

Well if it’s only removing the 50% hp boost on guardians I can kinda agree. some of them are needlessly choky.
