Anyone else one tricking bard? I’ve been running the story through on every alt minus main story ofc. On my 4th alt rn. The lack of damage is honestly quite funny.
If you are running bluegeared full support bard through the story repeatedly because dps builds are cringe and you’re a fan of roster xp, you have my utmost respect. Stay strong.

I have really enjoyed squishy supports recently, for example before this game I was one tricking janna in league.
To me, I’m trying to find someone to share the pain with. I’m not saying the people who play dps characters are noobs

Yeah, Bard DPS feels like a kick in the teeth when you’re used to dps classes. But also it’s not a terrible thing unless you’re doing t2 tower imo
Bard main here.
Get preemptive strike. Trust me.
It’s not gonna make you equal to any other class in terms of damage, but it does make open world content much more fun
Heavy armor helps too.
I honestly still haven’t picked up Heavy Armor yet, I really gotta give it a try…
My Bard clears chaos dungeons faster than my Wardancer 
She has bad times in tower though.
Okay, fair points ive been mostly focused on getting awakening 3 just to use oratorio as much as possible lol.
What kind of sustained DPS does a 1385-1400ish bard pull in Trixion?
My Pally does them faster than my Shadowhunter. The AoE is sooo much bigger.

Main bard, but god at times i question my sanity when running solo things, she’s fun tho and won’t change her for the world and will probs main her and Artist when she rolls out, which I know she won’t anytime soon.
My bard is only barely T2, but is specced for DPS and defense.
High Domination + Swiftness, Heavy Armor 2 & Strong Will for defense at the moment.
my bard is 1340 and i slowly but steadily made it all the way to 960 before saying, “you know what? i got 8 hours to kill” and spent 1600g… punika was hell on earth though. at least chaos dugneons are easy and i don’t have to worry about that again for a long time (I hope?).
Im 1400 and I could try testing my full support damage but bard is really burst based. She basically has one ability (soundholic) that does like 10x more than all her other abilities
However it is also the hardest one to use in terms of dps since its a giant stationary laser and has a massive cd too. You have to be standing still for like 2 seconds and so does the boss although you do have paralysis immunity.
So overall, bard dpsing seems weird af to me, idk how people do it. They also say its 20% damage loss from regular dps even with perfect everything.
