well AGS actually thought that 
Um, we litteraly paid for a service we’re not getting because of the company.
So actually we have every right to complain or demand a refund for the service we paid for. which by the way is also protected by the consumer law.

It’s a free to play game, you’re not paying for any service other than costumes and mounts which in time I believe they will figure out a way to consolidate all those items to whatever server you moved too.
Trying to get rewarded because of Q’s is the exact opposite of incentivizing people to move. You should ask for better rewards on EUW if anything.

The crystal aura litteraly is a shop item that u buy for $$$.

The crystal aura also is account wide meaning you wouldn’t be losing any time if you played on EUW, not to mention they are giving you a free 14 day aura after 3 logins which makes up the time having spent in a Q before the new regions.
Anytime spent in the Q’s after is on you, not them.

Also 14 day aura after 3 logins? i have played for over 9 days now and still have yet to see anything of the sort.
so Amazon are giving us the choice of move to a server and lose all the progress you have made (including multiple days of progress you paid for), or dont play the game?
I dont understand how you think opening a server and telling us to move and lose all our stuff is a suitable solution? why are you content on painting us as whiney when we are complaining about not having full access to a product we paid for?
To be honest, i dont even care about compensation, i just want to play the game…

The reward is only for players of the EUW region.
same, I love Lost Ark; But I will avoid any game Amazon are involved with in the future.
You’re temporarily losing your stuff, go back when less players are playing or wait for server transfers which I’m sure will come eventually which you will be reunited with your stuff if you chose the new server.
All I’m saying is asking for a reward for having to wait in Q’s is ridiculous after they gave you an option which is what the OP’s entire forum post is about.
Are Q’s bad, yes I’m not denying that but there are solutions, whether you chose to utilize them temporarily or for good is up to you.
(Amazon should have kept the servers locked when the game went F2P but instead they opened them back up so players could play with friends due to player complaints, I don’t know who’s fault this problem lays on more)

Ok so thats even more of a reason to why it has absolutetly no relation to us. And services bought in EU Centeral and EU west do not transfer over.
Not now but who knows what the future holds. I know for a fact they are gonna do their best to get server transfers. When that comes… I don’t know.
Ur right, instead of us asking to get back the Crystaline aura we paid for,they should lock the thread so we force a refund for the service instead since it’s in the consumer law, which will just not cost them more money but also time than rather just simply prolonging it.
Actually they stated multiple times that server transfers will not happen, and if it even were to happen in the first place it would be on Smilegate to introduce it unless AGS decides to take it on themselves to introduce a Database sided version intergrated to the website. But that is costly which is a big no no on their side and would also need a agreement on smilegate’s side.
From the February 20th AGS update.
“We definitely hear the request for server transfer functionality and have thoroughly investigated our options. This instant functionality does not currently exist in Lost Ark. This service just rolled out in Korea and is a weekly batch process that requires maintenance to run. It also does not support cross region functionality. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not a viable option at this point for the western version— but we will not rest until we’ve exhausted all options.”
Server transfers will happen as stated in this block of text, read the bold part. They are working on implementing server transfers within region currently in Korea. This says everything to me, that if they are working on server transfers within region (Korean and Russian version don’t have regions) they “COULD” and probably “WILL” try to establish region transfers eventually as well.
you get a big fat middle finger of the manager approved this launch plans as a bonus.
