Its a soft reset, it is special because if someone wants to make a ton of gold, its the perfect opportunity to do so. Clown didnt have any of that, it was nothing special.

yea its a more important patch but nothing special to be implemented from their side, its not like new gear is coded uniquely or different than anything else - therefor thinking patchday is going to be unplayable is just weird imo, its just importing a patch and booting up servers.

Why do a release right before holidays?!? Surely many players (and devs/ops) have holiday plans, so releasing right after Christmas makes way more sense.

Missing out on most of the first couple weeks of Brel due to holiday travel/vacation is a huge disappointment.

You can just do it after the holidays then. Just because itā€™s out doesnā€™t mean you have to do it. By all means you can basically treat it as releasing on the 28th and itā€™ll be functionally the same for you and your static if you guys have holiday plans.

Itā€™s just fomo to think that you have to do it the week it comes out. If you can cool but what realistically changes for you if it came out on the 28th or if you waited for the 28th? The fight is out already in korea and mapped out so there isnā€™t any ā€œfresh startā€ experiences unless you force it, and if you did then you can do the same no matter when it comes out.

14th would be the ideal day.

Altho, with the current disconnections and many other unlooked or unsolved bugs, releasing brel on the 14 is gonna be an epic fail.

Imagine experiencing the hardest and best content disconnecting from the prog fights every 20 mins or so.

As someone with 6 1490+ characters and over 3k hours in the game, missing out on the new content due to holiday plans is disappointing, not fomo.

What Iā€™m saying is if they released it on the 28th what difference would it be to you personally if you just waited for the 28th to do it.

You are still progressing at the exact same pace as you would have otherwise.

The only thing that changes is the perception that you ā€œlose outā€ on the 2 weeks of progression if it came out on the 14th and you waited for the 28th. But if you compare it to if it came out on the 28th to you waiting to the 28th nothing changes for you on a personal level.

Thatā€™s why Iā€™m saying itā€™s Fomo. You are concerned about ā€œmissing outā€ when it comes out on the 14th cause of holiday obligations that are important. But you waitin for the 28th is the exact same thing as it coming out on the 28th.

The difference is half my static wonā€™t be able to experience the raid for the first time together. Weā€™ve been playing as a group since near the beginning and have done every major raid for the first time togetherā€¦ until now.

If itā€™s important to your static to have that first time experience together then they would be willing to wait for half the party. If not then Iā€™m sure some scheduling can be arranged to make it work. And if not then itā€™s incredibly selfish to say ā€œI canā€™t run it with you guys so I really hope they delay it so no one can run itā€

I get that it sucks when life gets in the way regarding holidays but it makes sense for them also to release it the week before holiday weekend to not have it be in the back of their mind during the holidays

if they fix server stability this week itā€™s probably gonna be the December 14th but if they didnā€™t fix it theyā€™ll release the 21st I bet on it.

100k gold on the 14th.

I prepared the schedule for my whole guilds made the raid groups accordingly for each members vacations, ilvl, targeted gates etc.

Also according to SG will that west shall be 2 months late with KR by the end of 2023 Q1 (april) i think :

  • January : artist + rowen + inferno Kakul
  • February : Elgacia + hard Brel
  • March : Aeromancer.
  • Late April : Akkan.

Imagine SG hired a dev to give community feedback that was pin point accurate? Yeaā€¦ They donā€™t though, so let Roxx do the job as best they can and deal with inconsistencies with the company itself.
