The store / crystalline aura issues need fixing asap and EU customers need to be compensated.

I meanā¦ the issue is we want this to be our game because we fell in love with it during early accessā¦ in 3 months time i expect iāll be heavily invested into something else, something MORE stable.
Unless of course, they fix these issues imminently.

That would be 100 euro expensive few months. Why would I let the paid for crystaline aura run out? And I do not want to fall behind in the gameā¦ Me backing out because the publisher cannot solve their technical issues, is not a solution to a problemā¦ All IT issues have workaround and solutions (trust me I am talking from experience)ā¦ The question is do they dare pay these costs?

They paid the cost by introducing EU-West region. Donāt expect anything else.
Every player has to choose for themselves now: 1) Move to EU-West, 2) Take a break, 3) Quit entirely, 4) Wait few months in broken game until the population decreases while other players do 1) 2) 3).

The answer is that they took your money (and mine) and they donāt care. It is no different to how New World went, should have learnt from that game.
8 days later and no answer from AGSā¦ I told you the EU West region would be a fiasco the way you implemented itā¦ You might as well wipe it out completely, since it is useless and offered no real solution to the actual issues on EU Central.
So I will ask againā¦ Any other plans to solve EU central issues?

If you read their statement, then youād know that there are no plans to solve the EUC issues, as they are simply not a āsolvableā issue for them due to how the game is designed. I guess at this point they just hope for enough players to quit in order for those issues to go away.
On a positive note, I have to say that matchmaking and the shop have been a lot better the past few days. Even on saturday evening with 900k+ players the queues, while still being slow, worked most of the time (my guess would be 80-90%). So at least that is a bit better now. Sadly, still not in the state weād want it to, however it will not get there without more players quitting.
From your experience you should know that due to NFT bros and bitcoin server farms that just like graphic cards the expensive workarounds you are referring to are virtually impossible to come by. FFXIV spoke at length about it after the launch of Endwalker.
Not sure about the shop and instance queues. Yesterday for example with 800K players, most instances were failing (e.g. chaos, abysal), and the shop was inaccessible in many cases.
Them waiting for players to quit, just shows the level of incompetence. There are many technical solutions they could implement, for example create an npc in starting town that will level your char to lvl 50 autocomplete main story line quests, give gear etcā¦ You got the spirit. Then the power passes could be used on alts.
The problem is that they will not spend any money on such solutions, for whatever reasons.

Well yesterday as well it was working perfectly fine all day long for me, just getting delays in button clicking and an occasional fail from time to time at prime time.
Also your technical solutions are not really solutions. Donāt forget that AGS is only the publisher and thus has barely and rights to modify the game or implement your suggestions. That is something that smilegate would have to do.
Easier is just to copy what they have on RU versionā¦ where skips to lvl 50 can be bough by gold even on fresh new account without any roaster on the server

There is confussion here on what is a publisher and what is a developer.
Your workaround is basically an abusable system and would also need to be done by developers (Which is Smilegate). Meaning SG will have to start working on at least 2 different versions of the game as this NPC wouldnāt be needed in KR or RU.
And I highly doubt SG would let AGS get their hands on their IP to have them code the stuff
I guess you are in NA and not in EU, this is why it was working for you
Well, I bought the game from AGS, they should fix it, and by fix it I mean, pay SG for the development of the solution (this is where the costs refers to). I think SG also wanted to have a happy player base, and I would expect them to be open to such solutionsā¦
I play on EUC - ASTA, so no it is still working for me here.
Also I think they are already trying to find solutions with Smilegate, however as someone who comes from an IT company, I can tell you it is not something that is done overnight and if multiple companies are involved, even agreeing to a solution can take weeks if not months.
OMGā¦ So the solution is already thereā¦ They could just give the package free to starting playersā¦ No development, no custom code only for EU (as many here have argued)ā¦

It would depend on the gameās version number. Since this side of the globe is running an older version, there will be ānewā systems in āfutureā versions.
There it seems to have new classes so the content might not be ready to be pushed over here. Aka localization, censoring and all that stuff.
Edit: it also makes pointless to create something thatās already created and the best route would be pushing to have this content ready.
Amazon Game Studios has been proven truly pathetic again and again and if it wasnt for the HUGE amazon bank behind them they would have been yeeted and deleted as a gaming company at day 1, i seriously have no words to describe their incompetence, whatever they touch turns to shit.
Creating games that sunk like broken ships was one thing but publishing and destroying good games is another.
Amazon game studios is like that useless co worker that fails every simple task but you cant get rid of him because his daddy is the boss.
