Anyone else big FPS drops since 1-2 days?!

Hi
It started yesterday in the evening and I have no idea why. No changes on my PC or anything. I legit go down from like 120 fps in raids and chaos dungeons to 70 in a second for no reason. It’s making the game feel terrible now, anyone else?
Maybe its the steam update we got yesterday or the day before? I have no idea

EDIT : Several other players seem to say this happens since the last steam patch.

Sorry but I am talking about FPS drops/freezes, not the lag that we also have currently(matchmaking etc)
