I got a mail yesterday that i dont get Refund for my failed Knowledge transfer (Punika) because i dont have a proof that im doing it myself after the fail.

because it was my 5 alt and i dont want do it again

I do it on patch day when south vern comes out and it was bugged. The transfer dont do the questline just opens the tripods on the map and 2.4k gold gone.

no. with my char is all fine but i lose 2.4k gold because i do the story of punika manually and dont wait for hotfix

Welll the support seems to be either restricted cause AMG are not the devs and simply canā€™t handle these kinds of problemsā€¦ or they just donā€™t want to do anything. But i think the problem here is the complexity of the problem paired with unreachable devs and long communication distancesā€¦

i think the kt is more of a problem than the actual gold since they have limited uses, right?

Yes, theyā€™re all limited.

As for the topic, I havenā€™t read anything about anyone getting a refund after doing Punika manually. Only that if you didnā€™t complete it manually, it was completed automatically by the knowledge transfer after the fix if you tried while it was bugged.

Whatā€™s sad is even if you were outright lying and just trying to pocket an easy 2.4k gold, thatā€™s not even a drop in the bucket to the scam gold out there via the bot legion. Sad.

If they really bother, they would have collected all the names of affected players in a thread and send all the names straight to the team who can investigate and fix the issue.

Instead, they made every single affected player go through loops, wasting time and effort with the support team who tried to divert the issue (obviously outsourced to cheap workers who donā€™t take pride in their work).

Just for 2.4k gold which I can earn in 1 day, it sure opened my eyes to how Amazon Games do things here and will make me think twice if I want to buy the products of this company in future.
