Had finished a rested Deskaluda but couldn’t harvest the crystals. Now my rested Deskaluda is used but no reward. I’m done playing for the day.

If we pay special attention to the line that says: “this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.” it’s safe to conclude that unfortunately you were not eligible for the roll out/ re-grant ticket, since it’s been more than two days and the next line quotes “Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day”. meaning that time has already expired."
Funniest part is that they are acting like it happened two days ago.
In my experience, you alway get them anyways, I’ve been through crashes, blackouts and network issues, and always got the ticket back. There was this 1 occasion where the tickt took 48h to be delivered though, but only happened once out of who know how many times.
So is very likely you will get it.

Still happening. Happened as soon as we started Argos P1 but I was the only one affected…luckily i was able to load back into the game (after 2 restarts due to Server Authentication error) right at the end of P3 and get my rewards.
i just got a dc while i was doying vykas p3 and can’t log in anymore, always saying this:

Had multiple DCs on EUC earlier, at least I got the instance refund token. Gave up and went to the pub.
Damn sucks on my day off to this happens.
