I am at Neutral - Level 2 with Nineveh and she gives a quest Aura of Chaos. For the last step in the quest i have to go to the Foggy Ridge island and do the scenario there. But when I go on top of the scenario to start it nothing happens. I can’t find anything on the internet, anyone knows what’s up with this rappor quest?
late replay… but i have the problem too and i found multiple people at foggy ridge that have the same problem. nobody had an idea how to fix it. 
i abandond and re-accepted the quest multiple times but nothing fixed it…
I think you have to enter the guardian raid and do it inside. Go solo without soul harvest.
Maybe not its a blur.
