Appeal with real person?

At the very beginning, on 03/02/2022, the system displayed the error code [10010] to me, so I tried to contact customer service in time to deal with the problem. Later I found out that my steam account (garrecttan) that I used for 10 years was vac banned, showing Lost Ark from AGS.

After I discovered this situation, I contacted customer service again and asked how to deal with it. Under the guidance of AGS’s customer service, I conducted the appeal of the web-ticket. Shortly after I made the appeal, about 5 minutes later, I received 4 identical emails. So I was skeptical about whether my appeal was actually submitted to their system, so I submitted another web-ticket again.

After many times of communication with AGS customer service, online chat only, I don’t think AGS really wants to make this game seriously. When I contact customer service, I choose Lost Ark, and when they enter Chat, they will ask you about Lost Ark or New World - this is a very irresponsible performance, even what is the customer’s request for help? I don’t even know the game, and I don’t even know how to watch it.

What’s more, before I received the AGS verdict on my account 1) They didn’t have any knowledge or inquiry from anyone, real person, with me. 2) It is not really trying to distinguish whether the player has actually violated the Code of Conduct, in time the player is willing to provide any information and materials they need to support the truth of a matter. 3) They didn’t tell the player which part of the agreement they violated, whether the player should have the right to know, or at least know why the account was banned.

To prove what I said above that they didn’t take the player’s appeal seriously at all, I’ll use this AGS Email to reply to the screenshot of my account judgment for you to see. I haven’t played New World, but in the account judgment reply email it said that my New World account was banned permanently. Notice! There is no sign of any staff member or any further way to contact the email in the entire reply.
