When I was playing Valtan Inferno on July 30th with my Arcana. One of my Card Slot was stuck on the “Ghost” card that give you movement speed and damage reduction. Which caused me to only be able to use the me slot of my card slot throughout the whole inferno raid. But it went away after quiting the game or any other raids as long as it loads your screen. Sorry for no pictures or video. If it happens then I will try to get an evidence of up by updating this forum
