This name change quite literally doesn’t make sense. The class uses tarot cards, and a deck of tarot cards is called an Arcana. Arcanist refers to Arcane magic which is completely different. I don’t understand. Why? The names are so similar yet mean two completely different things - why even bother changing it? Its actually getting annoying. Do higher-ups think changing the name makes it new/different?

They are so scared of Kotaku they couldn’t even call the Hell levels “Hell” levels.
They spend more time making sure to turn side characters you never see again brown and renaming Hell levels Inferno than actually working on shit that matters on the off chance someone who never played the game starts a Twitter hashtag with 4 people because of their woke Twitch.tv staff

Arcana is a terrible name. It’s like calling Glaivier “Spear”. Arcanist is pretty generic (and no it isn’t just “arcane magic”) but at least it denotes a person and not a physical object.
