Are all Guardians Push Immune?

I am trying to optimise my combat skills and some says " Extra XX% dmg to push immune" The other option is XX% extra (but generally lower % but no conditions).

So my question is, are guardians and those big boss events all push immune?

Yes all bosses are push immune.

Yes all bosses are push immune. So ideally use the “increase damage to push immune monsters”.
