Are cash shop skins mailable?

I want to buy a friend of mine a skin from my store page in game on the cash shop. Once it’s in my inventory can I mail it to another player (that is not on my account) or can it only be listed on auction house?

If it says “tradable” you can.

If it’s on steam you could always just use the purchase as gift option too

In game you can do Mail or Gift (forgot the exact name) when you purchase the item.

confirmed i was able to mail it. couldnt gift it because the person you are gifting it to has to be registered for more than 24 hours and my buddy just joined right now, but mailing worked
