I’ve seen it mentioned that character transfers aren’t available across regions, but is it possible to transfer to another server in the same region?

Currently its not possible to transfer characters between servers, even inside the same region.

I started on trixion not realising it was the unofficial french server with a fairly low english population compared to other servers and was hoping to transfer. I’ve opened the founders pack and only some of the items are tradable Is there anything I can do to transfer these items to a character on another server?
