Are the rapport scenes not present in beta back in?

Does anyone know if the rapport scenes that were not in the last beta are in the game now?

Not sure if it’s true, but I’d like someone who played through it on the beta to either confirm or debunk. Last stage affinity system cutscenes are intended to be in the game at launch, although they were not in our Closed Beta build and were missed as a Known Issue.
