I just find it interesting that people are accepting the super express on their mains, when the post specifically says “characters at combat level 50 and under 1000 item level.” It even mentions the T1 and T2 areas.
From some of the posts I read it might be bugged, showing T3 mats in the reward section.
Since I can’t play until I get home from work later today, can someone give me some insight into what is going on here?
Most players are not on the forums, reddit or social media, it has always been like that.
They are just clicking everything they see without a single thought and then they cry.
Wrong. There are misleading t3 chests, of course, they are not t3 materials

It is reasonable that the information in game should be enough.
It sounds like it is terrible displayed and explained in-game.
Guess I will have to see for my self and hope I avoid traps.
It seems the chest preview that is displayed for the event shows tier 3 rewards and not the T1/T2, so people that didn’t read patch notes assume the new event should be done on their main not realizing they get T1/T2 rewards too.
Patch notes said it wasn’t going to be able to done by ilvl’s over 1000 but that doesn’t seem like the case from the complaints.
patchnote said its for characters under item level 1000. so you can guess you should use that maybe on characters, which are under item level 1000? no matter what the game shows?
Are the patch notes in the game when you open it? I am guessing not…so then it’s pretty silly to expect every single player to be a twatter or forum user and read the patch notes.
This reminds me of the people that rage on about people not watching youtube videos of raid bosses.
I am sick and tired of the web being a crutch for lazy developers and companies. I am a big VR user and many VR games will have the patch note/changes inside the game when you first load it up after an update.
Just to note, I have not even opened the game up so I’m not someone that messed up with this pass. Just stating what I would have thought is obvious in how you avoid your players from messing something up but apparently not and there are some that think all X hundreds of thousands (or more) of people that play a game will be twatter or forum readers.
If the game messed up the chaos gate and field boss info yesterday you can still expect them to give us accurate info in the patch note? It just sounds like a blatant excuse for them messing up in-game reward info.
I dont trust the forums honestly. Information directly from AGS has been wrong since before launch or changes last min. I trust in game explanations far more. Like when I blindly believed founders skins and mounts werent tradeable and opened them. Thats when i quit relying on them to give accurate information.
If the condition is >lvl 50 and < 1000 ilvl. Why can it be claimed on 1300ilvl?
chest preview only mentions silver/cards/HONOR leapstones/etc, no mention of any t1/t2 mats until you’ve already chosen the character,
You dont have to read patch notes for that under information it says on the event pass people seen the gold and T3 mats and clicked their main simple

Yes, the problem is that people are useing the Express Mission event when they dont know exactly what it does, they just chose theyre mains because they saw t3 mats for the Chest you get for completing the Event Missions. but on the patch notes it does say you get 302 gear and bonus mats for North Vern, Rohendel, Yorn, and Feiton so i figured it was for a completely new alt, even using it on a feiton power pass would of been a waste of alot of free mats in my opinion.
but i do hope they sort this out and give a fix for everyone because i see there is way to many people who have fallen into this trap of seeing that completion chest.
They really need to give more clear info on this kind of stuff because it also gives honing buffs for the char who its on.
they forced me to chose a character for a “superexpress” event and my default choise is my main… not gonna get things for others just to find that it is for t1… so let me get the mats for the roster or let me remove it from the main… (main ilvl 1391) I didnt take any of the rewards tho
it doesnt force you to choose anything you can just close it
I would argue that everyone that has posted about their mistake is on the forum… still hope they get help tho
Even when reading the “Patch Notes” by allowing people to choose characters beyond iLvl-1000 and showing T3 Materials on the rewards preview in-game is very misleading. Besides they should really make those mats atleast roster bound not character bound.
