Are we getting honing buffs?

  1. Are we getting T1, T2, and T3 up to 1370 honing buffs?

  2. Are we getting 1460 stronghold honing research for up to 1415?

With Vykas releasing, I think both are reasonable requests. Some regions received 1370 honing buffs with Valtan, so I don’t think it’s too early to ask for honing buff up to just 1370. And I don’t see a reason for withholding 1460 stronghold buff at all since it’s not really abusable. You need to hit 1460 to unlock it for your alts
