I’m really confused. Nothing changed for other regions but here everyone’s ranks got reset to Ultra 1, and no one received ranked rewards (MMR got reset to 1600). I thought this would be fixed on reset day but I guess I was wrong
Are we supposed to carry on and pretend nothing happened? Can we get some kind of information? Some transparency would be appreciated
