Hell, most still make tons of ridiculous mistakes after 15 years. It’s an industry standard.
Amazon Games Studio is understaffed, inexperienced, and not knowledgeable in the game they publish.
The reason people are irritated is because lost ark seems successful in korea and so people think AGS can just copy paste the successfulness to here.
That being said I agree that there have been plentiful mistakes and blunders that make me disappointed in the game.

I think it only exists in gaming industry where you can make so many mistakes and still have your job.
I dont know any jobs where you could even make 1% of the mistakes we have witnessed and not get booted off.
Yes, I don’t really care about any of that stuff. I’ve been enjoying my time in the game quite a lot. This is not saying that I don’t think AGS hasn’t made the mistakes that you outlines, but just that I don’t really care about them. As for the forums being mismanged, I think you’re very far off. The CM’s have been present and responded when necessary. I see a lot of entitlement from posters claiming they deserve personal attention when they really shouldn’t and likely wouldn’t on any other game forum.
I think people need to just evaluate if the game is giving them the fun they want for the time they are investing and if its not then move on to something else. You can be disappointed without lashing out acting like the world should change because you don’t like something.

ExitLag got whitelisted because it’s not an VPN per se, VPNs in general are still against TOS (both, Steam and AGS) and therefor a valid (but maybe unnecessary) ban.
I don’t believe a lot of people got their hands and these chests, but yes, they should’ve managed it in a more fair way for everyone.
I don’t get this white night / black knight / pitchfork stuff. People have different views, insights, personalitys, emotions etc. I’m more often than not defending the game, not the publisher. And more often than not people tend to look at KR and say it’s soooo much better there and just overlook the flaws they have. Like, our version is way more F2P friendly (tbf, before we got flooded with bots/RMT) or we never had to wait months between the tiers etc. Doing mistakes is just human nature, being upset about it too.
The question is, what do you suggest? 
I think they mean they f over legit players from regions like OCE who was supposed to be able to play (since in the publishing regions but no servers)
technically true ye, cuz a VPN routes everything and exitlag only routes supported games, basically still a VPN but games only.
And exitlag doesn’t cover your location, which is the point why VPNs are banable due to ToS.
Why there were never OCE servers will be a never solved mystery I guess. 
AGS are literally amateurs; their track record is 2 cancelled games and New World (lol). Just youtube any ags vid and your jaw will drop how bad they actually are at what they are trying to do.
However! I have a feeling that communication between smilegate and amazon just sucks and in that case smilegate is to blame. I’m not defending anyone here cause it sucks for us players, I’m just saying it’s not all AGS fault (but yeah, they aren’t very good at developing games and apparently they also aren’t very good at publishing them… :/)

Botting is only half of the problem.
They refuse to perma ban RMT’ers, it’s 3 days for first one 2 weeks for 2nd one and a chance to get perma for 3rd. At the same time they don’t take gold away.
The dmg is already done.
Grudge is at the same price as korea if not higher with lower gold income in our version.
Who’s going to take your ToS seriously if you ban ppl for jokes at chat but not for RMT’ing.
