i could go on. How about instead of the same bullshit copy paste answer you give some inside as to if you guys are working on a way to fix this. Or if this is just another RNG part of the game where you might just lose your entry ticket to the only good content in the game ?

im not sure why do you think they will fix something that helps player progress? thats not the vision they have.
people have been bringing this up since literally the first 2 weeks of launch when servers in EU were unstable and people randomly got booted from abyss dungeons.
weāre closing in on 6 months so i dont know why you think they will change the system
I had no idea it was this bad for so many people for that long. I try really hard to keep up as a f2P player and the hours I put in to be ready for Vykas to get locked out, broke my heart I wasted so much time. I canāt go back I would feel dumb to do so. Today will be the first day I wonāt logged in since the start. 
yeah i understand that must really suck 
i would be very frustrated too but you can still do it next week.
i missed 2 or 3 weeks of argos when it released and now look at it, nobody wants to run it even because people are tired after 5 months.

Two words BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
āWe have a smart system that can identify if our server crashes or if it was your pc to automatically restore the ticket, however we canāt do anything about 9/12 bots usin the same Ip/Pattern movements and sending gold randomly at low lvls to specific characters, OH, also, if the system fails, is not our fault, sorry, take your own copy of the message weāre using on the forums while not doing anything to fix the actual issue, wich is having a shitty system for the most played content of the gameā.
This system should not exist to fight Dc/Afk trolls since Players can already Press āStop Raidā to fight this situation wich already is good/flawless working system. The entry-ticket system itās just usesless, since thereās also a āSaved instance Systemā that identifies if you completed a gate or you didnāt.
Even if the Anti-Sv/Pc crash/Trolls was usefull for Argos, thatās not main content anymore, every single raid from now itās a Legion Raid.
I already lost my ticket this week after doing G1 and many others did for the same stupid reasons wich make no sense at allā¦ And still canāt figure out how the mods and the devs(maybe some are actually reading the community) of the game are just here Pasting a message for a system that doesnāt work and beign proud of it because it really doesnātā¦
if you get a troll, you just remake a group and the problem is solved, is there any other reason to remove the ticket from the players that have not completed their weekly content?
The only reason you should not be able to join a raid, itās because you already completed it for the week, and if youāre a really tryhard troll who joins groups and go afk just to annoy people and donāt let them playā¦ you should be banned by getting reported for Gameplay Hindrance.
Is there anything else to be said? i donāt really think itās hard to fix to remove the ticket system, and it shouldnāt be ignored because it sucks.
Sad to see that so many players are affected by this shit. And they do have the ability to grant people a new entry since their oh so great anti crash system can apperently grant you a new ticket, BUT ONLY if their servers had downtime. And even then, apperently its still not even a 100% that youll get your new entry since people are also reporting not getting their tickets after server downtime.
Such a sad state. Ive had 1800+ hours so far in this game. And the fact that this is such and issue really takes the wind out of my sails. I cant even imagen progressing Brel with 6 gates that are alot harder than vykas. Only to midway through the raid loose one of your static members.
I lost a ton of motivation last night when the support staff told me that i should contact them again in 48 hours if i hadnt recieved a new ticket, else i should try and farm chaos dungeons or look for exchange merchants for a new ticket ??? like wtf. Does the support even know how the f***ng game works ??

This issue is affecting the experience of many players in the most important content of the game, not only is it a loss for the affected player but also for the whole group that loses one of its members in the week to this issue.
I too like many others got locked out of Vykas (G3) due to the Saturday server maintenance. And here was my experience:
First posted on Game support and Bugs thread on my lockout issue. I received 2 automated responses - first being the automated entry ticket system in place, and second being a link to AGS support via live chat.
First live support representative: I asked if scheduled server maintenance is counted as a āserver wide outageā, and I received a response āYesā. And was also told I would receive an entry ticket in 24 hours
Second live support representative: After the 24 hours mark, I reached out again and was told it could take up to 48 hours to receive the entry ticket.
Third live support representative: After 48 hours, I reached out yet again and this time Iām told it could take up to 72 hours for receive the entry ticket. At this point I gave up and wanted some help to just check if Iām eligible or not eligible. Iām not too bother if I received the entry ticket or not, due to the rudimentary entry system ticket they have in place. All I wanted was to put this uncertainty to bed. Before I could finish typing, the support representative left the chat mid-conversation. If you have used the live chat system, u would know u can see the other person typing or not.
Sharing this to let those who got stranded with the weekly lockouts know. Please take it that the next time u can do Vykas is after the weekly reset. The mixed messaging and avoidance strategy used in my situation to appease me as each day goes by should shed some light on how things run around here.
Same issue here.
Game froze during Vykas G2 and my raid cleared it while I was restarting the game.
No rewards, no chest and locked out for the whole week.
Players usually take long hours during legion raids and during these long hours, things like game freeze, power outage, internet issues, server issues, computer issues DO HAPPEN.
You donāt have to put them on the same boat as quitters/alt-F4ers and punish them for the whole week. Just give us a 2-hour penalty or something if you canāt distinguish them from intentional quitters.
Being locked out for the whole week for logging out of the game for 2-3 mins for whatever reason is JUST RIDICULOUSā¦
