Just like last week…my game crashed during a dungeon. This is kinda sad because how does this happen twice in 2 weeks? I was very fortunate my ticket request got accepted for Valtan Normal last week, but I would really also still like to complete my Argos run. I crashed mid P2, and tried to reconnect but loaded back into the game world instead of the Argos instance, whilst everyone else in my party were able to finish P3 with 7 people.
they wont give u a ticket… they have a reentry-ticket system which gives the ticket back, when the fault was on smilegates side.
Same here. I’m pissed off already. Previously there was no problem to get ticket back immediately right after you coming back to game after crash. But with Valtan release their system doesn’t work properly anymore. I’ve lost 2 abyss raids this way on my bard and support literally pointing you on door instead of help

Surely @Noxatria has the correct information there is an automated system that will only allow the access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate delivery could take up to a day,
Unfortunatelly we can not regrant tickets by the forums service.

I figured posting on the forums might help as it may have helped last week. I received a Valtan re-entry ticket but…3 days after my request was made/entry was consumed and my initial post on here did not get a reply. The crash that occured this week was very similar to the Valtan crash I had last week so I hope that my entry will be refunded.
