I am sorry to hear about the lost entry for Argos, currently we are unable to re-issue the entry tickets from our end, only the automated systems is able to issue a new ticket on a verified server-sided crash and it can take up to 24 hours to see your ticket back on the in-game mail.
About the issue happening on Argos, specifically on the cinematic, I would recommend to first check the integrity of the files in case a missing/corrupted texture is trying to load but fails and your client freezes, after that you can follow the troubleshooting steps listed here:
