Hello, my main character ‘Blakeshelton’ ilevel 1426 gunslinger has been locked this week to Argos after I disconnected. Raid was stopped but I’m still locked. Would really appreciate your help. Thank you!
There’s supposed to be a system in place that sends you an entrance “ticket” if you dc and get locked out, but they said it can take time to send.

Now, I did say supposed to be lol, until a CM comes in here and says something, take it with a grain of salt.

First at all, welcome to our forum community!
Secondly, I want to ask you for the meaning of ‘‘locked’’, do you mean you are still inside the map/raid? I can help you transporting your character if that is the case, I would just need the server and region you play in.
Third, regarding the entrance ticket, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected while playing the Argos Raid.
I understand how frustrating it is to lose the rewards from the raid due to a connection issue, so, your ticket should be replaced within 24 to 48hrs. If over 48hrs have passed without your ticket back you might not be eligible for the ticket replacement.
We don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the reply. My character isn’t stuck, I meant the entry count has been used even though we didn’t advance any Argos phases or loot anything. We stopped the raid and left the dungeon. I was the only one who’s entry count was used.
