Argos Lockout after Disconnection

Hello. I was trying to run Argos P1 - P3 yesterday, May 05 at approximately 11 AM PDT when my game disconnected. I tried to relog immediately but there was a 5k queue and it took longer than 15 minutes. When I reconnected, I was locked out without reward.

I am told that a ticket would be mailed in 24 hours but I haven’t received anything. I appreciate your time and assistance. Cheers.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your game disconnection during the Argos raid.

We understand that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket on your game mail but just to correct something; is not 24 hours since in some occasions it can be less and in some other more, so please keep us updated if you received!.

Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too.
