Was doing the entirety of Argos when my computer crashed during the 3rd phase of Argos. When I was able to reconnect to the game after Argos had been completed by the party I was in, I did not get any rewards. There are screenshots below of the end of the raid rewards and the MVP screen which I was one of the 4 players on there.
dont bother waiting, they are not gonna do anything if the disconnection was caused by your side. Happened to me yesterday and support just basically told me to suck it up and wait for next week.

from what i read, the re-entry is completely automated so if the system judged that you are ineligible to receive re-entry, then that’s it, support just give up i guess
That’s sad. Fully did P1 - P2 and my computer crashed a couple of minutes before P3 was completed.

Sorry to hear about the disconnect. Will gladly provide info.
So if you got disconnected due to a server or game failure the system will analyze if you are eligible to compensation. If you got disconnected by a failure out of the systems control like losing connection to internet you wouldn’t be compensated.
So basically, if you are eligible you’ll automatically get another ticket or possibility to re-enter the run in the next 24hrs. If over 48 hrs have passed without receiving it, you might not be eligible.
Try logging out of Steam, run it as an administrator and loging back in.
