Argos phase 3 disconnected

Myself and several others were dced during argos phase 3 over a day ago, and couldn’t reconnect due to “duplicate login” message. ie. a server problem.

Therefore we didn’t receive loot and we are prevented from re-entering again this week.

Lost ark support advised “receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives”

It has been over a day and still nothing.
