Argos phase 3 server disconnect

Good evening,

I was in Argos last night just before 9pm est and the entire group disconnected. I logged back in and there were no rewards received from the phases we cleared and my character has been locked from Argos for the week. Everyone in my guild disconnected at the same time, so it was not an issue with my internet disconnecting.

I contacted support and they told me I would receive a ticket within 24 hours and to post on this forum. It has been 24 hours since the disconnect and I did not receive a mail. Is there any way to get a reentry ticket for Argos?

I’m so sorry for getting kicked out from the Argos phase 3 and for the long delay in responding to your post.

I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
