Argos Raid- [Request] Re Entry Ticket

They will not give out re-entry tickets. There have been many mega threads which have been deleted regarding this.

Well that sucks, some people and my friends have received it /:

As some one affected by it, I agree. The tickets only seem to be sent out by automated system and if you don’t get one in the mail immediately Amazon Support claims they do not have the ability to give you one manually. Pretty sure this is causing a good amount of players to quit though at this point.

I made a post similar to this happening yesterday to me in p3 argos when mari went down and support sent me a ticket. Depending on the instance and circumstances they will make it right. Sorry u had a rough experience tho.

Seems like they just lie about not being able to send them out to not get overwhelmed with requests then. Seems like a very good way to lose the trust of their player base though.

Your looking at this from a negatively biased opinion… Instead of complaining about it, make a post with ur username, issue, and server… they would be much more inclined to lend u a hand. Thats exactly what i did… got a ticket in under 10 mins.

I did that for a month and a half and spoke with multiple support agents. They all said no and then deleted all my posts about it. You are speaking from a position of extreme ignorance here.

Same thing. I was playing with my friends from Mari and they kept disconnecting. I got disconnected once and came back without any re-entry ticket.

Support pretty much told me theres nothing they can do. Hopefully someone will see this and be able to do something. Missing out on p3 argos loot for the week is huge.

Yep, got a very similar response to mine. Which, if it were universal, fine. But it kind of feels bad some people get automated restoration tickets and some don’t, with no indication as to why. If we understood how this worked, maybe it wouldn’t feel as bad.

they’ve opened a ticket for me and they sent it to the devs hopefully they can fix mine and everybody’s.

Please don’t have us wait until Thursday/weekly reset as a solution, because simply it isn’t. Those affected didn’t claim Argos loot and are now held back for progressing this week.
