I entered a pug group in order to do argos this week and they decided to call the raid without completing p2 or p3. It seems like they also went forward with loot distribution even though members of the group declined to do so.
I declined loot for phase 1 completion, even if the majority of players wanted loot to be distributed, it was not unanimous. Either nobody should get loot, or only the players who wanted it should receive it. If it was declined by a player then they should not receive loot.
I dont see why it is not possible to reenter the raid with another group, in order to get loot for the rest of the phases that were not completed during the week, especially since the outcome of whether loot is distributed is not solely up to me.
Since this is an issue that may have also occurred to other players, I would like to make the devs aware of it, so that hopefully a solution can be implemented. It would also be great if a reentry ticket can be distributed to affected players so that they can complete progress they missed out on.
