I was about to play my argos raid since I got my reset I joined a party and got to loading… the game crashed and I opened thr game… as soon the game opened it was already gate 2 and we couldnt start gate 2 because it said I exceeded the weekly count

I’m sorry you are having this experience with the disconnections.
I understand how frustrating it is to lose the rewards from the dungeon due to a connection issue, unfortunately we don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.
All eligible and proven disconnected (by the game server) players will automatically receive their additional entry within these 24 hours, so please, wait the estimated time in order to receive the additional entry if eligible.
