I’m the third from our Guild having the same issue on Argos. My internet connection dropped few seconds before it was killed, when I was back in the game I was not able to claim my reward, because I was moved to the waiting area of the Abyss, but also it counted as finished, so I miss my Argos entry and my first-time reward. After contacting the support they said I’ll receive re-entry up to 48H if eligible. Well, I didn’t receive anything.

The case is not a server crash, but an internet connection failure. And is as frustrating as a server crash. Yes, it’s not your fault, but neither is ours and we cannot control it, so it would be nice if this is also considered because internet connection is not always stable, especially in my area.
It’s hard enough to find a decent Argos party, having this issue on top was terrible. Anyway, it’s almost reset time, I lost my chances for the rest of the week. I just cannot understand why it calculates it as completed when a reward is not collected, this is an issue from your coding of the game, so please fix that.
+1 Same happened to me in a Cube in the first stage, same response from customer support.
It’s very frustrating to be punished for an issue that is out of our control (and the game control), but shit happens and you should take this into consideration.
Please for the love of God just make it that if you do not get loot for whatever reason to receive a re-entry ticket.

I don’t know who Ags is, also I don’t care who is coding the game. Any game representative is part of the game team, so the coding problem is their problem, no matter if they have a clue about coding.
