I purchased the super premium ark pass. The 3000 crystals were taken. There was a significant lag, and a note that I was unable to access the server was displayed, and the rewards were not unlocked. I am still unable to access either the premium or super premium rewards.

Live chat had me restart the game before requesting I get the screenshot or video, so I don’t have either.
