My account JUST finished Rohendel. Character name is Daerken. I don’t have any alts I am leveling.
I should be at 5/7 arks. Either my Shushire quest did not count, or my Rohendel did not count, because I am at 4/7. Please remedy this, please and thank you.

Sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with the quest.
Please try running a Stem file verification:
to check if any files need to be reacquired.
If this is not the case I would suggest contacting us through a live channel

This did not fix it. I contacted you guys as you advised. I’ve gotten no response on my issue in almost ten days. I am now at 6/7 arks, and my quest is 5/7. I’m currently gearing for 1100 Punika. Which is Ark #7.

After checking I can confirm that the issue has been escalated and will be reviewed, but unfortunately it may take some time and an ETA for this has not been provided at the moment.
