Tip for upcoming event if you are, like you say in the video, someone who ignores events normally:
Don’t ignore them. This LA Event is actually one that rewards little rewards when compared to some that will come and KR had.

The gear gate on event reward is a poor design choice, especially when it is a released to another region that is not in the same state so soon after release. Not everyone is rushing to get to that gear level but will eventually.
